Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1/2onion, chopped
  2. 1/2Tomato, chopped
  3. pinchgarlic powder
  4. stickBroccoli, chopped
  5. tspcoconut oil for pan greasing
  6. 6Eggs
  7. 1/3water
  8. 1/2 cupUnsweetened Almond milk
  9. 1/4water
  10. pinchOregano leaves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk and water.

  3. 3

    Add in broccoli, tomatoes and onions.

  4. 4

    Then sprinkle in the oregano and garlic powder.

  5. 5

    Melt a teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave and grease muffin tin.

  6. 6

    Evenly spread mix into the tins and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

  7. 7

    Enjoy!!!!
