Ingredients

  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1chickpeas,liqud reserved
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Open can chickpeas, drain liquid into small container set aside

  2. 2

    Put chickpeas and ingredients in blender including about half of liquid

  3. 3

    3. blend until smooth adding more liquid if needed for desired consistancey

  4. 4

    enjoy with pita chips or a wrap:-)
