Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1 mediumonion, diced
  3. 1green pepper, diced
  4. 1 lbcooked shrimp thawed, peeled & deveined with tails off
  5. 1 lbcrawfish tails (optional)
  6. 1 cancream of potato
  7. 1 cancream of mushroom
  8. 1 candiced potatoes
  9. 1 cancreamed corn
  10. 1 canrotel tomatoes
  11. 2 cuphalf & half
  12. 1Tony Chachere’s seasoning to taste
  13. 1green onion, chopped for garnish if desired

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot melt butter and sauté onion & green pepper.

  2. 2

    Add all cans and Tony’s.

  3. 3

    Allow to simmer 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add half & half and sea food.

  5. 5

    Bring back to simmer and cook until shrimp are warmed through.
