Sabse pehle 1 bowl me wheat flour, salt and suji ko achhe se milaenge... Fir thoda thoda pani daalkar ek soft aata gooth lenge..

Fir usko 15 se 20 minute tak dhakkar rakh denge..

Fir ek pan me 2 tsp ghee garamkarenge or usme jeera daalkar chatakhne denge.. usme hing, green chilli, grated ginger, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder dalkar achhe se bhoon lenge.

Bhuna jeera powder, garam masala or amchur dalkar mix karke gas band kar denge..

Ab aate ki ball banakar usko thoda gol belkar usme thodi stuffing bharkar sabhi side se band karenge..

Fir roti ki tarah gol belkar tawe par desi ghee lagakar dono side se golden brown hone tak sek lo..
