  2. 4 tbspfresh lime juice
  3. 1any about of cilantro
  4. 1 cuponions
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 2 cuprice
  7. 2 1/2 cupchicken broth

  1. 1

    heat oil and add onions until clear

  2. 2

    add rice until clear and then add the rest of the ingredients except cilantro

  3. 3

    cook for 15-20 minutes and then leave on low and add cilantro
