Ingredients

  • 2 canswhipping cream
  • 1 punnetstrawberries
  • Merengue
  • 1 spoontrawberry jam (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Whip the whipping cream until thick

  2. 2

    Slice the strawberries

  3. 3

    Crush the merengue in to dust like pieces

  4. 4

    Add the strawberry jam, merengue and strawberries to the whipped cream and mixed together. Finish by decorating the top with bits of strawberries. Then leave in the fridge for at least half an hour.
