This was my great, great grandmother's recipe!

Pre-heat oven to 325

Mix all dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder and salt.) Place to the side.

Beat 2 eggs and place in a bowl, add butter, sugar and vanilla, mix well with a blender.

Slowly add dry ingredients in to wet ingredients and incorporate well.
- 5
Gently fold in walnuts.
- 6
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
