Steps

Once ur batter is fermented.
Add the cooking soda. - 2
Keep water in a big vessel to boil place an iron stand.

Grease the plate (thali) or u can take any baking dish as I have taken a heart shaped mould..

Now pour the batter. In the dish.
Cover it with the foil paper.and place the dish on an iron stand in the vessel. - 5
See that the dish does not touches the water.

Now cover the vessel and steam it for 25_30 mins..

Insert a toothpik to check it shud come out clean.

Remove the dish and let it cool for sum time.

Now overturn the dish in a plate.
Dhokla will come out clean like a cake. - 10
Now give tadka and enjoy hot with green chutney..
