
Gluten free rolls
My aunt gave me this recipe. Tastes great for gluten free!
Steps

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in oil and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.

In mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients while mixer is running. Add the yeast mixture. Once it is thoroughly mixed together, turn mixer on high for 3 minutes.

Scoop batter into greased muffin tin. (At this point I dip my fingers in water and smooth out the tops on the rolls to make them look better.) Allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Bake at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Last few minutes, top with butter to help them brown.
