Ingredients

  • 1 lbhamburger meat
  • 1 packagesTaco seasoning
  • 12white corn tortillas
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1 canRotella mild or spicy
  • 1 packageswhite cheese (Monterey jack)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger meat.

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning

  3. 3

    In a sauce pan heat to boil of cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and rotel

  4. 4

    Heat tortillas in microwave for 20 seconds.

  5. 5

    In a casserole dish add tortillas stuffed with taco meat and sauce.

  6. 6

    Pour the rest of the sauce on top of enchiladas

  7. 7

    Add the white cheese on top.

  8. 8

    Cover and heat in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

  9. 9

    Enjoy with your favorite beans and rice. Enjoy!
