Ingredients: 2 (28 oz) cans tomato sauce (I use dei fratelli); 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes (I use dei fratelli); 1 tsp oregano; 3 tbsp chopped onion; 3 tbsp chopped garlic; 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin (I use colavita); 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin; dash salt; dash black pepper

Ingredients

1 tsporegano
3 tbspchopped onion
3 tbspchopped garlic
1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin (I use colavita)
2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
dashsalt
dashblack pepper

Steps

1

Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a pan and saute the onion and garlic on low to medium heat
2

Add all other ingredients into a pot then add the sautéed onion and garlic to it and cook on low for 3-4 hours until the sauce thickens
