Mix all ingredients in a small bowl

Lay down a. Couple sheets of wax paper on a flat surface and pour sugar mixture onto wax paper and spread evenly

Roll ham over mixture to coat thoroughly. Only coat outter ham don't coat the flat end.

Place ham on plate with flat end down. Use blowtorch with medium flame to carmelize the sugar. Repeat until ham is completely coated and carmelized.
