there used to be a restaurant near where I had lived and I absolutely lovedd their chimichangas and cheese sauce, but they recently moved really far away. I have tried to make the cheese sauce and could never get it right, until now! Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In the middle of your totillas, put your cooked/shredded chicken.

On top of your chicken, add some cream chesse(your desired amount) and some of your shredded cheddar cheese.

Roll ingredients inside the tortillas, and place inside your baking pan. I had sprayed Pam down first to prevent sticking, and sprayed some on top after all the rolled tortillas were placed inside the baking pan.

While the wraps are baking, you can start the cheese sauce.

On low-medium heat, add your butter, milk, and cheese. I used the 2tbsp of flour, but you can add more or less depending on how thick you want your sauce. Add salt and pepper for taste.

When the wraps are starting to brown slightly, they're ready to go. Add your sauce, and munch away! I put some salsa and sour cream on top for more taste. Yum.
