cut up cream cheese in bowl

sift cottage cheese into bowl with spoon and strainer

cream in sugar

crack eggs into small bowl

add flour and corn starch to eggs

add lemon juice and vanilla to eggs

melt butter

cream egg mixture into cheese mixture

cream butter into cheese mixture

cream in sour cream in to cheese mixture

pour into cheese cake pan

put cheesecake pan in larger pan lining the bottom of the larger pan with water

bake for one hour

let stand in oven for 2 hours after turning off oven
