Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 canred kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15.5 oz)
  2. 1 canpinto beans, rinsed and drained (15.5 oz)
  3. 1 candiced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  4. 1 cupbaby Lima beans
  5. 1 cantomato sauce (8 oz)
  6. 1 largeonion, chopped
  7. 2Poblano peppers, chopped
  8. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  9. 2to 4 tablespoons franks, or similar, sauce
  10. 3 tbspchili powder
  11. 2 tbsphoney
  12. 2 tspcumin
  13. 1/4 cupthinly sliced scallions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    combine all except a scallions in 5 or 6 quart slow cooker and mix well

  2. 2

    cover and cook until vegetables are fork tender, 4 to 5 hours on high, 8 to 10 on low

  3. 3

    ready to serve!
