Ingredients

  1. 1 smallCucumber
  2. 1 smallCarrot
  3. 100 gramsPin mushroom
  4. 1as needed Coriander/celery/basil leaves
  5. 1 cupGlass cooked noodles
  6. 10as needed Rice wrapper
  7. 100 gramsCooked chicken or roast beef
  8. 1 tspToasted sesame seed

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables and cut the cucumber and carrot into thin one inch thick length sticks. Same with the coriander and noodles.

  2. 2

    Shred the meat the same way.

  3. 3

    Prepare the rice wrap by dipping it into warm water for at least 20secs. or until it is easy for you to make the roll. ONE At A TIME.

  4. 4

    Put small amount of the ingredients and sprinkle sesame seed on top and roll it neatly and arrange on a plate.

  5. 5

    For the sauce, can use any from zesty, Italian and peanut. This can be served as vegetarian as well.
