Ingredients

  • 200 gm.Green Chana
  • 150 gm. Desi ghee
  • 150 gmMilk (if u needed)
  • 200 gm.sugar
  • as neededdryfruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the green Chana with a little bit water.Then take a pan.add ghee in it.then add grind green chana.mix properly.roast it on low flame for 20 mins.it changes the colour.add milk init after that add sugar and dryfruits.serve hot

  2. 2

    Flame should be slow
