Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg methi chopped
  2. 2 chop green chillies
  3. as taste salt
  4. 1/4 tsp. haldi
  5. 3 tsp mustard oil
  6. 250 gms Baby potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop methi ko wash ke water drain ke le.

  2. 2

    Aloo ko cut ke wash ke dry ke le.

    Mustard oil ko smoke ke aloo dal ke fry ke le phir methi, green chilli and all dry masala add kar slow heat par without cover kiye cook kar le.
