Steps

Take a big bowl add MAIDA, SALT,ajwain, suji and CURRY PATTA, mix it well.

Now add hot OIL and mix with spoon.

Make a DOUGH with WATER.

Rest it for about 30 Minute.

After 30 minute take DOUGH and spread some OIL and make balls.

Roll each balls and prick it well.

Cut into namakpare shape.

Now heat OIL in a kadai.

When OIL heated reduce the flame to medium and fry namakpare.

When namakpare FRIED take out from OIL and sprinkle some CHAAT MASALA over it.

Namakpare is ready to serve.

Cool down completely and store it an airtight container.
