4apple mangos
1 cupmilk or water

Wash the mangoes and peel them
2

Cut them in to pieces
3

Add the pieces of mango in to a blender and in milk a little at a time while blending
4

Blend to the consistency of your preference
5

Pour in to a container and store in the fridge
6

Serve chilled
