Drain the water.

Deseed it.

Slice the onion.

Now take a wok.

Add ghee in it.

When heated add jeera and hing in it.

Now put the sliced onion in it.

Now put the deseeded kathal in it..fry or saute it.

Put all the masalas in it.

Now add sprin onion in it.
