  1. 1/2 bowlboiled kathal
  2. 1 bowlboiled rice
  3. 1 tbsp salt
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. 1 tsp hing
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 1 tsp black pepper
  9. 2 tbsp ghee
  10. 1onion slicely cut
  11. 1 bowlspring onion chopped

    Boil kathal.

    Drain the water.

    Deseed it.

    Slice the onion.

    Now take a wok.

    Add ghee in it.

    When heated add jeera and hing in it.

    Now put the sliced onion in it.

    Saute it.

    Now put the deseeded kathal in it..fry or saute it.

    Put all the masalas in it.

    Now put the rice in it..

    Mix it.

    Now add sprin onion in it.

    Mix it very well.

    Cover it with the lid.

    After 5 minutes your green leafy rice are ready to eat.
