2 cupcoriander leaves
2big potatoes
1 spoongarlic chopped
1/4 tspjeera
Pinchheeng
2green chilli chopped
1dry red chilli
to tasteSalt

Wash &roughly chopped coriander

Wash &cut potatoes with skin
3

Take a pan add oil crackle jeera and heeng

Add dry chilli&garlic
5

Add potatoes &green chilli &salt cook until potatoes 3/4cook

Add coriander leaves &cook simmer flame for 10 mnts

Serve with paratha..
