1 bowlchana daal
1/2 kgspinach
45 piece garlic clove
1 tbspginger paste
to tasteSalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tbspturmeric powder
2chopped onions
2chopped tomatoes
Pure ghee as used
1 pinchhing

Heat pressure cooker add ghee and heeng now add chopped onions saute it.

Now add tomatoes and Ginger and garlic.saute by adding all spices.

Now add chana daal and spinach add 1 cup water and take vissel.after 5-6 vissel ready to eat this.

U can serve it with rice...
