Dice, cilantro, jalapenos and garlic. Chop onion, and bell peppers into 1/2 inch pieces. Heart oil in two separate skillets. Add steak w cilantro, serrano peppers, garlic, and seasoning and sautee until cooked. Add veggies to other skillet sautee until soft.
