  1. 2whole garlic heads
  2. 3 spoonfulsolive oil

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400 deg.

  2. 2

    Depaper the garlic by removing outside papery leaves while leaving cloves attached to the stalk (base).

    Cut off a small piece of the heads.

    Pour oil on the heads and place in oven for 40 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove and serve while warm. Pop off the cloves from jackets
