Ingredients

  • 4 cupsMaida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 gmSoda bicarbonate
  • 5 gmBaking powder
  • 1Egg
  • 2 1/2 tbspSugar
  • 3 tbspYoghurt
  • 3 tbspMilk
  • 5 tbspGroundnut oil
  • Atta for dust
  • Water as required
  • 70-80 gmGarlic finely chopped
  • As neededMelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl add salt,soda,baking powder,

    In another bowl add egg,sugar,yoghurt,and milk whisk it well

  3. 3

    Add the mixture and add flour

  4. 4

    Then slowly add water and mix the dough

  5. 5

    Add the oil and punch the dough so that it does not sticks on the finger

  6. 6

    Let it rest for 3 hrs

  7. 7

    Then make balls out of the dough

  8. 8

    Then make a pedha and stuff garlic

  9. 9

    Cover and keep a side for 10 min

  10. 10

    Then make a elongated oval

  11. 11

    Place the naan on the tandoor with the help of cushioned pad for 3 min

  12. 12

    Apply melted butter with silicon brush

  13. 13

    Serve with Indian dishes
