Whisk egg and evaporated milk into a solution.

Add vanilla, then complete whisking.

Lightly spray frying pan with cooking spray, then set under medium-low to medium heat.

Once cooking spray begins gaining color, lay a slice of bread on top of your egg-milk solution for no more than 8 seconds. Flip bread on other side and sprinkle the up side with cinnamon while giving the down side 8 seconds.

Lay wet toast in skillet, cinnamon side down. Sprinkle other side with cinnamon.

Let toast fry until easily removable. Do not force the toast! Once flipped, rinse and repeat for that side.

Keep frying and flipping until toast has a decent browning to it. Toast should be evenly cooked (no spongy areas).

Serve with butter and syrup, and enjoy! Yes, you are being instructed to enjoy this French toast. Deal with it!
