Ingredients

  1. 6eggs at room temp
  2. 185 gramscaster sugar
  3. 185 gramspain flour sifted
  4. 2 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 40 gramsmelted butter at room temp
  6. 2 tspvanila essence

Cooking Instructions

    beat the eggs + sugar

  2. 2

    add vanila

  3. 3

    stop beating and gently mix the flour+ baking powder in the egg mix

  4. 4

    throw in the butter half way through

  5. 5

    pour the sponge mix in a cake tin layered with baking paper

  6. 6

    cook for 25 min at 185°F until springy

  7. 7

    set aside for 2 hours to cool totaly
