Palak ki leaves ko wash krlo.

Ek bowl mein besan, salt, red chilli powder, ajwaiin ka batter bana lijiye.

Then leaves ko batter mein dip kar ke crispy fry krlo.

Serving plate mein first fry palak leaves, sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, curd, imli ki chutney, green chutney, nylon sev, anar ke dane dal kar serve kijiye.
