First we make GATTA DOUGH.

Take a big bowl add besan,1/4 TS TURMERIC POWDER,1TS RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,1 TS OIL,PALAK.make a DOUGH with help of WATER.

In a large vessel boil WATER.

Now we make rolls from DOUGH.

When WATER start boiling add rolls and boil 5 to 6 Minute on high flame.

After 6 minute take out rolls and preserve WATER FOR GRAVY.

When rolls cool down cut into pieces.

In a mixi jaar add ONION,GINGER,GREEN CHILLI and garlic.make PASTE.

Take CURD in a big bowl add remaining SPICES and make smooth PASTE.

In a kadai add 2 TBS OIL.when OIL heated add HING,rai and CURRY PATTA.

Now we add ONION PASTE and fry it for about 4-5 minute on slow flame.

Now we add curd PASTE and mix it well.stir continuesly.

When GRAVY start boiling cover the lid and cook it for 5 min.

Now add CHOPPED GATTA and mix it well.

Add kasoori Methi and GARAM MASALA and mix it well.

Cook it for 1 minute.

Now switch off the flame and serve it.
