  3. 1/4 cup- mustard oil
  4. 1/4 cup- refind oil
  5. 2 tsp- red chilli powder
  6. 10-12- garlic
  7. 2 inch- ginger
  8. 7-8-dry red chilli
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Tempering
  11. 1/2 tsp- mustard seed
  12. 1/2 tsp- black gram(udad)
  13. 3-4-curry leaf
  14. 1/4 tsp- Asfoitida
