Ingredients

2 cupraw, old fashion oats
1/2 cupsliced raw almonds
1/4 cupraw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
2 tbspraw honey
2 tbspvirgin coconut oil
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 dashsea salt

Steps

Preheat the oven to 300°F Fahrenheit
2

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use your hands to mix well and toss to coat
3

Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet
4

Bake for 10 minutes, until very lightly toasted
5

Cool before serving or storing
