Ingredients

  • 2 cupraw, old fashion oats
  • 1/2 cupsliced raw almonds
  • 1/4 cupraw pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbspraw honey
  • 2 tbspvirgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 dashsea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 300°F Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use your hands to mix well and toss to coat

  3. 3

    Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet

  4. 4

    Bake for 10 minutes, until very lightly toasted

  5. 5

    Cool before serving or storing
