Ingredients

  1. 24 largesize shrimps,clean,devained
  2. 1 1/2 cupshreded coconut ,toasted
  3. 1/2 cupbreadcrumb
  4. 1 tspeach salt and pepper
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tbspflour
  7. 1oil ,enough for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Clan,devain shrimps ,pat dry,lightly coat with flour

  2. 2

    Toast shreded coconut to lightly brown,mix with breadcrumbs,seasoning with salt and pepper ,mix well

  3. 3

    Get 3 stations ready,floured shrimps,egg,shreded coconut mix

  4. 4

    Dip shrimps in beat egg,coat with coconut ,do this step twice,arrange in container and bring to freez for 2 hour,this can help easy to fry

  5. 5

    Deep fry until light golden and crispy ,serve hot with your choice of sauce ,mine easy with tartare :)
