preheat 350

combine dry ingred

beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

add egg and flavor mix well

add flour until incorporated

divide onto 2 pieces press into 2 disks 1 in thick

wrap frig 2 hours

roll dough out 1/8 in thick cut half solid backs half top cut outs

bake 10 to 12 min
