Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 lb96% lean ground beef
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 8 smallcelery stalks
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 cancondensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cupketsup
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil for method 2
  • 2 tbspparsely

Steps

    Brown beef.

  2. 2

    Method #1, place all ingredients into slow cooker for 3-4 hours on low.

  3. 3

    Method #2. Heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute onion, celery, and red bell pepper until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 min to 1 hour.

    Serve on buns.
