Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef, chicken, or turkey
  2. 16 ozSalsa, chunky is best.
  3. 8 ozbow tie or other pasta
  4. 1 cupshredded cheese

    In a large deep pan, brown the meat and drain the fat.

  2. 2

    Add the jar of salsa and heat on low until heated through.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

  4. 4

    Drain pasta and add to salsa/meat mixture. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Turn off heat. Sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese. Cover and let sit until cheese melts, about 5 min.

  6. 6

    Serve.
