This recipe comes from a Pillsbury cookbook. It is easy and can be doubled easily, which I did while my three boys grew up. It was a favorite of theirs. It is good served with cornbread or garlic toast, with some southwestern style corn as a side.

In a large deep pan, brown the meat and drain the fat.

Add the jar of salsa and heat on low until heated through.
- 3
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain pasta and add to salsa/meat mixture. Mix well.

Turn off heat. Sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese. Cover and let sit until cheese melts, about 5 min.

Serve.
