No Egg Pancakes with Bisquick

I was wanting to make pancakes for the kids one day and I had no eggs. I was able to find this after a bit of digging around on the internet. Tried it out and you can barely tell that there are no eggs in the batter! They taste awesome too, by the way.

I was wanting to make pancakes for the kids one day and I had no eggs. I was able to find this after a bit of digging around on the internet. Tried it out and you can barely tell that there are no eggs in the batter! They taste awesome too, by the way.
Steps
- 1
Mix the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 2
Add one cup of milk and stir. Slowly add remaining half cup, until the consistency is to your liking. (For fluffier pancakes, let the batter sit for a few minutes before cooking.)
- 3
Heat pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray or coat with butter or oil.
- 4
When hot, pour ¼ cup or less of batter on to the pan, depending on how big you want your pancakes. (You can tell it's time to flip the pancake when bubbles pop up through the pancake and the holes left behind don't fill in.)
- 5
Cook both sides until golden.
