Ingredients

  1. 1 tsppaprika
  2. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  3. 1 bunchcoriander
  4. 1garlic cloves (full)
  5. 1 tbspfresh ginger
  6. 1 1/2juice of half lemon
  7. 1 tspsea salt
  8. 10 stickspring onion
  9. 11 full chicken cut in half
  10. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Place chicken in a sealable bag and pour marinate and live in fridge over night or at least 5 hours

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 220° and place chicken in an oven proof tray. Grill for 1 hour and enjoy
