Ingredients

  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 1garlic cloves (full)
  • 1 tbspfresh ginger
  • 1 1/2juice of half lemon
  • 1 tspsea salt
  • 10 stickspring onion
  • 11 full chicken cut in half
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Place chicken in a sealable bag and pour marinate and live in fridge over night or at least 5 hours

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 220° and place chicken in an oven proof tray. Grill for 1 hour and enjoy
