Extract Marrow from bones

Dilute the Marrow to creamy consistency. (optional: render step 1's bones for demi, use demi as a dilutant)

Combine 1 part cream to 2 part Marrow extract in whip. (optional: add foam stabilizing agent at this point)

Charge whip with 1-2 Co2 canisters for desired foam density
5

Charge & Chill about 45min
