Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 headfresh broccoi florets, bite size pieces
  • 1/4red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cupshredded cheese sharp cheddar works well
  • 1/3 cupbacon I like the prebagged turkey bacon pieces
  • 3 tbsphulled sunflower seeds
  • 1 cupmayo
  • 1 1/2 tbspcider vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1salt n pepper to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    in small bowl mix mayo vinegar n sugar set in fridge

  2. 2

    put all other ingredients in large bowl add mayo mixture n toss to coat. taste then add salt n pepper as wanted.

  3. 3

    Cover and set in fridge atleast 2 hours, toss again right before serving
