Ab aalu ko chhilkar pieces me kat lijie

1 pan ko garam karein usme oil dale phir aalu dalkar golden brown hone tak bhune.

Ab aalu ko thanda kar usme chutney mix karein upar se lemon juice dalkar serve karein.
