Healthy homemade mint ice-cream with lots of choco chips.
Steps

Wash and clean fresh mint leaves. Blend mint leaves and sugar.

Take milk in a sauce pan and add the above mixture and put it on heat.

Bring to a boil and then simmer and cook for 15-20mins.

Strain the mixture.

Again put this mixture in a sauce pan and cook 2mins and add cornflour slurry. Stir and cook till it thickens.

Switch off the heat and add food colour and essence. Mix well.

Pour it in a freezer container and freeze for 3-4hours.

Take it out and blend with cream till a creamy texture forms.

Again put in the freezer for few hours.

Take out and add choco chips and blend again for 1/2spins.

Now scoop and serve with mint sauce or enjoy like this. Healthy homemade mint ice-cream is ready.
