Steps

In warm water, mix all the ingredients except wheat flour.

Add the flour in it and mix well
- 3
Make a soft dough and add a tablespoon of oil to it and let it rest for some time

Take a small portion like a ball and roll it flat
- 5
Heat a tawa with a tablespoon of oil and roast the Paratha in it. Apply a tablespoon of oil again turn and cook it till it’s done

Serve them hot with raita or prickle
