I was only trying to make pork in a different way and bell peppers solve the problem anyrime...good for colour and flavour.
Steps

Heat oil in a shallow frying pan and add in your pork strips. Cook until nice and golden and brown. Once browned set aside.

Add the onions to the pan, cook until softened. Add the pork strips back and cook on low heat.

In goes the tomatoes and the bell peppers...cook until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add in the honey and soy sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with accompaniment of choice.
