  2. 1 tbspBesan
  3. 1 tspGarlic ginger chilli paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/4 tspHaldi
  6. 1/4 tspLal mirchi powder
  7. 1/4 tspSugar
  8. 1 tspTil
  9. 1 tspOil
  10. Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop coriander leaves.

    In a bowl mix all ingredients. Bind without adding water.

    Spread in a greased thali. Steam it for 10- 15 mins.

    Cut into desired shapes. Deep fry/shallow fry till crispy.
