200 gramsicing sugar
1 tbspmilk
1/2 tspvanilla extract
60 gramsbutter

soften the butter then put in a medium sized bowl and mix till creamy

sift the icing sugar into the bowl

add the vanilla extract and milk
4

then mix everything together until you get a smooth creamy butter cream

this butter cream can cover 12 cupcakes or a medium sized cake
