Then take a pan and Grease it

Add cumin seeds to it then add onions and tomatoes

Then add salt and red chilli powder along with turmeric powder and coriander powder

When the masala is preoared add aloo and gobhi in it

Allow it to cook in steam on simmer flame for half hour

Serve hot
