Ingredients

  • 2 lbGround Beef
  • 1 lbItalian Sausage
  • 1/2 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 1 cupItalian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1 tbspPowdered Garlic
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupSpaghetti Sauce
  • 2 largeEggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Spray a cookie sheet with a non-stick spray such as Pam.

  3. 3

    Using your hands make roll the meat mixture into 2"balls and put onto cookie sheet.

  4. 4

    Place the meatballs into the oven and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Using a tongs gently turn the meatballs and cook for another ten minutes.

  6. 6

    Turn meat balls 1 more time and cook for another 10 minutes or until center of the meatballs reach 160°F.

  7. 7

    Remove from oven. You can add these to your favorite spaghetti sauce. I like to simmer mine in the spaghetti sauce for about 30 minutes. These are wonderful in a meatball sandwich or with pasta.
