Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespoonCocoa powder
  3. 2 tablespoonMilk powder
  4. 2 tablespoonSugar powder
  5. 10-12Almonds {finely chopped}
  6. 8-10Raisins { finely chopped}
  7. 1/2 cupMelted chocolate
  8. Oil for dough
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Colored shavings for decoration
  11. Edible silver foil
  12. White choco chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all purpose flour, refined oil and water and make a fine dough.

  2. 2

    Now take cocoa powder, almonds, raisins, sugar powder and milk powder and then mix it well.

  3. 3

    Take small portion of the dough and roll it into round shape.

  4. 4

    Set this round shape on ghujiya mould and fill the center with cocoa powder stuffing.

  5. 5

    Repeat the process and make other ghujiyas.

  6. 6

    Fry the ghujiyas on low flame.

  7. 7

    Once cooled, coat with melted chocolate.

  8. 8

    Decorate with colored shavings, white choco chips and edible silver foil.

  9. 9

    Store or Serve.
